Please use this form to Book online, please use the Contact Us page for availability enquiries. We are happy to take bookings over the phone if you would prefer to talk to someone. Once you have sent your booking we will email you back to confirm your booking and advise you of the cost, or of any problems or questions. Once the booking has been accepted you will need to telephone us to pay the advised amount. We will reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner, so if you have not received the confirmation of your booking by then please phone us. Office hours are 8:30 am to 9:00 pm but please note that we may be on site working form 10:30 to midday and from 2:00 pm to 4:40 pm.
Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email whitelist or check your junk folder. This is especially important for Hotmail and Outlook customers. We always reply to all bookings we have received whether we have space or not so if you haven’t heard back from us something has gone wrong, if this affects you then please telephone us to check on the situation. Payments can be made by card for advance bookings or by card or cash when on site. Credit cards will have a 2% surcharge applied but there is no charge for debit cards. We will advise you of the amount required. Full details of the prices are on the prices page.
